Internal Staff:

All internal administration staff have completed or are enrolled on the following nationally recognized qualifications.

  • Administration NVQ level 2
  • Administration NVQ level 2
  • Management NVQ level 2
  • Management NVQ level 3
  • Distribution & Warehouse NVQ level 2 & 3
  • Team leading NVQ level 2 & 3

Manufacture Staff:

All Manufacture staff have completed or are enrolled on the following nationally recognized qualifications.

  • Team leading NVQ level 2 & 3
  • Management NVQ level 2
  • Production of Glass Supporting Fabrication NVQ level 2

External Installers/ Contracts Managers:

All External Installers staff have completed or are enrolled on the following nationally recognized qualifications and hold the CSCS card as denoted.

  • Management NVQ level 3
  • Team leading NVQ level 2 & 3
  • Fenestration Installation NVQ level 2 & 3
  • Fenestration Installation & Surveying NVQ level 2 & 3
  • Health & Safety for Managers & Site Supervisors
  • CITB Health & safety for Managers

Alongside the external qualifications, Prima undertakes it's own in house training via the KAT Business unit (Knowledge & Training), which undertakes to fill any void in the training requirement, which cannot be outsourced or is specific to Prima's own requirements.
