Manufacture and installation of powder-coated windows and doors. All items powder-coated in RAL 7020 matt. Doors manufactured using non-thermally broken commercial sections with pivot hinge mechanisms, incorporating concealed overhead closures and rounded anti-finger trap stiles. Irongmonery was either Adams Rite MS 2200 hook locks and SAA pad handles or Axim fire exit hardware with external entry. The main entrance doors were fitted with electric strike mechanism linked to an external intercom system. All doors were fitted with low level thresholds suitable for wheelchair access. The windows were manufactured using Sapa dual-frame 55mm thermally broken casement sections. Ironmongery was either multipoint locking espags with friction stays or AOV type openers operated via electronic actuators. Glazing consisted of 6.4mm clear laminated/ Argon filled cavitities / 6.4mm clear laminated/ 4mm clear toughened soft coat Low E.
