The design, manufacture and installation of powder-coated aluminium windows and doors. All items were powder-coated RAL 7012 matt. Doors were manufactured using non-thermally broken commercial sections with pivot hinge mechanisms incorporating overhead closures and rounded anti-finger trap stiles. Ironmongery was Adams Rite 2200 hook lock with SSS handles. All doors were provided with low level thresholds suitable for wheelchair access. Sliding doors were manufactured using Sapa RC confort 125 sliding door screens. Windows were manufactured using Sapa dual frame 75mm casement section. Ironmongery consisted of multi-point locking espags with friction stay hinges and with integral in-build restrictors. Glazing to the doors and windows consisted of 6mm clear toughened soft coat Low E/ Argon filled cavities / 6mm clear toughened. Glazing to the doors consisted of Renson 414 glazed in louvers, powder coated RAL 7012.
