The design, manufacture and installation of powder-coated aluminium windows, doors, curtain-walling and automated doors. All items were powder coated in RAL 7042 matt. Curtain walling screens were manufactured using SAS SCW series incorporating 125mm thermally broken mullions and transom sections. Doors were manufactured using non-thermally broken commercial sections, with pivot hinge mechanisms incorporating overhead closures and rounded anti-finger trap stiles. Ironmongery was either Adams Rite MS 220 hook locks and SSS handles, or Axim fire exit hardware. Where required the doors were fitted with Besam uni-slide or power swing gearing to provide the automation required. Windows were manufactured using Sapa dual-frame 55mm casement window sections. Ironmongery consisted of either multi point locking espags with friction hinges or, where required to high level windows, remote teleflex gearing. Glazing to the curtain-wall windows and doors consisted of 6.4mm clear soft coat laminated Low E / Argon filled cavities/ 4mm clear toughened green anti-sun. Infill spandrel panels were manufactured in aluminium and powder-coated to RAL 6034, 5024, 1018, and 1042.
