The design, manufacture and installation of white uPVC windows, powder-coated aluminium windows/ doors and automated door screens. All aluminium sections were powder-coated in RAL 9910 gloss to match the uPVC sections. uPVC windows were manufactured using Rehau 706 casement window sections. Ironmongery consisted of either multi-point locking espags with restricted friction hinges or, where required to high level windows, cam-stays were fitted. Doors were manufactured using Sapa glostal 202 non-thermally broken commercial sections, with pivot hinge mechanisms incorporating over head closures and anti-finger trap stiles. Ironmongery was either Adams Rite MS 2200 hook lock or Axim fire hardware, and to access control doors; solenoid bolts. Where required the doors were fitted with Besam uni-slide or power swing gearing to provide the automation required. Glazing to the windows and doors consisted of 4mm clear float Low E/ Argon filled cavities/ 4mm float grey anti-sun, or 4mm clear toughened Low E/ Argon filled cavities/ 4mm toughened grey anti-sun.
