Contract Management & Procurement
Following the receipt of an official sub-contract order from our customers each individual project is handed over to our operations department of our commercial division, who then have the responsibility of making sure that what the client has ordered is produced and installed to the highest possible standards.
Our site supervisors and contract managers will carry out full site inspections
Prior to attending the estimating team responsible for a particular project will hold a hand-over meeting with the operations department to run through each project to make sure that everyone involved on the project will be fully aware of its requirements.
It is now up to our operations department to see the project through to a successful completion. This means the organisation of sufficient competent labour to carry out the installation to the customers agreed contract programme, organising deliveries to site from our manufacturing unit and from outside suppliers such as glass.
Our site supervisors and contract managers will carry out full site inspections to compile a project specific health & safety file and to ensure that the works are carried out in the manner best fitting each individual contract.
Our contracts managers will always be available in the office or by way of mobile communications to discuss the on site progression of any particular project and to discuss any additional requirements which may occur as the contract is carried out.
All of our on site personnel are trained in house to the highest possible standards and this is reflected by the amount of work that we are able to carry out on time and to our customers requirements.
