From the initial contact our estimating department is on hand to provide 100% technical sales support to our ever expanding customer base in the form of both budget or accurate costings to detailed product information and help with programming.

Our full time technical department is also available to carry out site visits or to attend design meetings on anything highly specialised or out of the ordinary that could require a prolonged period of design and planning.
It is not enough that we provide substantial information for our customers, we also make it a priority to respond to our customers needs within a suitable time period making sure that any deadlines our customers have are met. It is no good putting in the effort if the boat has already sailed ...

Once compiled our estimators are available to attend visits at both customers' offices or on site to hand over the quotation and to discuss any points that may be raised. As well as providing a comprehensive quotation package our technically proficient estimating teams will be on hand to provide actual specification ready samples covering our full product range provided by Prima's own production division who are responsible for manufacturing any products that we will install on site.
In some circumstances we will endeavour to carry out a complete pilot installation prior to the main works being undertaken. We have come to realise this approach as an invaluable way of letting customers see exactly what has been discussed and also as a way of realising any potential problems before they arise such as fixing details.

Unlike companies that either only manufacture or install, all of our highly skilled professionals are competently versed in all areas of our industry's rules and regulations and are constantly updating our extensive knowledge base by researching changes to building regulations and product standards to make sure that we are able to answer any question that a customer may have.
Because we are involved at every step of a project we can advise our customers on design elements such as maximum aperture sizes, deflection values, glass types, thermal efficiency and sound ratings etc and the provision of detailed specifications based on these requirements. We are then in a position to provide a comprehensive quotation package including working drawings, method statements for installation and details of previous similar projects undertaken.
